Item 2.02Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 3, 2021, Syneos Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2021. The full text of the press release was posted on the Company’s internet website and is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

On November 2, 2021, the Company appointed Michael Brooks as the Company’s Chief Development Officer, Clinical Solutions and Paul Colvin, the Company’s current President, Clinical Solutions was appointed as Chief Business Officer, in each case effective immediately.
