1. Each restricted stock unit represents a contingent right to receive one SNI Class A Common Share.

2. The restricted stock units vest on 2/14/16.

3. The restricted stock units vest in equal installments on 12/31/15 and 12/31/16.

4. The restricted stock units vest equally on 3/1/16 and 3/1/17.

5. As reported hereon, 1/3 of the restricted stock units vested on 6/1/15 and were paid out in Class A Common Shares and the remainder vest equally on 6/1/16 and 6/1/17.

6. The restricted stock units vest on 2/27/16.

7. The restricted stock units vest in equal installments on 3/1/16, 3/1/17 and 3/1/18.
