1. Includes 425 shares acquired under the SailPoint Technologies Holdings, Inc. Employee Stock Purchase Plan on December 2, 2019.

2. Stock options granted on February 5, 2020, 25% of which vest on the first anniversary of the date of grant and then 1/48th of which vest on each monthly anniversary of the date of grant thereafter, such that 100% of the award will be vested on the fourth anniversary of the date of grant.
