The Scottsdale Quarter Mortgage Loan, which constituted approximately 2.5% of the asset pool of the issuing entity as of its cut-off date, is an asset of the issuing entity and is part of a loan combination that is being serviced and administered under the pooling and servicing agreement, dated as of July 24, 2015 relating to the WP Glimcher Mall Trust 2015-WPG filed as Exhibit 99.7 to the registrant's Current Report on Form 8-K filed on August 25, 2015 (the "JPMCC 2015-WPG PSA"). Pursuant to Section 7.01(f) of the JPMCC 2015-WPG PSA, Pacific Life Insurance Company, a Nebraska corporation, was removed as special servicer of the Scottsdale Quarter Mortgage Loan and Midland Loan Services, a Division of PNC Bank, National Association ("Midland"), a national banking association, was appointed as the successor special servicer of the Scottsdale Quarter Mortgage Loan under the JPMCC 2015-WPG PSA. In the interest of transaction management, this Current Report on Form 8-K is being filed to record that, effective as of October 14, 2022, the Scottsdale Quarter Mortgage Loan will be specially serviced, if necessary, pursuant to the JPMCC 2015-WPG PSA, by Midland.
