On May 3, 2021, Sterling Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
