On January 5, 2018, the Company filed the following applications with the State of California: (1) “Medicinal - Distributor Application” and (2) “Adult-Use - Distributor Application”. The Company has now filed applications for distributor, manufacturing and cultivation. The Company has received its licenses for Adult Use and Medicinal manufacturing.
