2. Reflects a weighted average sale price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $22.8300 to $23.7200, inclusive. 3. Reflects a weighted average sale price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $23.8600 to $24.4100, inclusive.
