On October 15, 2021, MJ Harvest, Inc. issued a press release titled “MJ HARVEST, INC. ENTERS INTO AN AGREEMENT TO ACQUIRE A TEN PERCENT OWNERSHIP INTEREST IN BLIP HOLDINGS LLC AND TO CO-DEVELOP BLIP BRANDED PRODUCTS” to disclose entry into a Brand Development Agreement between the parties. See Exhibit 99.1, Press Release dated October 15, 2021 included herewith.
