Item 1.01. | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On August 26, 2021, Owl Rock Core Income Corp. (the “Company”) entered into Amendment No. 1 (the “Amendment”) to the Amended and Restated Loan Agreement, dated as of May 12, 2021, by and between the Company and Owl Rock Feeder FIC ORCIC Debt LLC (the “Promissory Notes”). The Amendment increases the amount available to the Company under the Promissory Notes from $75 million to $100 million.
The foregoing description is only a summary of certain of the provisions of the Amendment and is qualified in its entirety by the Amendment which is filed as an exhibit hereto.
