Issuance of Press Release
On November 3, 2021, MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies Inc. (the “Company”) issued press releases announcing the change of Bell Epoc Wellness Inc.’s trade name to Wing Inc., changes of its subsidiaries’ directors, and the resignation of Ms. Miki Aoki from the board of directors of the Company. Ms. Aoki indicated that her resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices.
