Effective as of October 4, 2021, Phoenix 2021, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Regal Rexnord Corporation (“Regal”), merged with and into Land Newco, Inc. (such transaction, the “Merger”), with Land Newco, Inc. surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Regal.
