Item 8.01 – Other Events
On October 21, 2005, Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company (NMIC), the ultimate majority parent corporation of Nationwide Life Insurance Company, issued a press release announcing that NMIC’s board of directors has elected Carol Baldwin Moody as Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Moody will oversee the Office of Compliance for Nationwide.
