Item 8.01 – Other Events
On April 18, 2006, Fitch Ratings Ltd. (Fitch) issued a press release announcing that it had affirmed its “AA-” insurer financial strength rating and “F1” commercial paper rating of Nationwide Life Insurance Company. Fitch’s rating outlook is stable.
