On March 20, 2017, Provectus Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that it entered into an exclusive Definitive Financing Commitment Term Sheet with a group of the Company’s stockholders related to a previously submitted unsolicited proposal. The Company also announced the termination of the Company’s rights offering, without accepting any funds from investors. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
