Lufkin Industries Signs New Three-Year Labor Contract
On October 2, 2011, Lufkin Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that it had reached a new labor agreement with the three unions representing the hourly work force at its Lufkin, Texas manufacturing facilities. A copy of the press release is furnished and attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
