Item 1.01. | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement |
On February 8, 2023, Motorola Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) entered into the First Amendment (the “Amendment”) to the Revolving Credit Agreement, dated as of March 24, 2021 (as amended, amended and restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time prior to the date of the Amendment, the “Credit Agreement”) by and among the Company, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent, and the several lenders and agents party thereto. The Amendment replaced the interest rate benchmark, from the London Interbank Offered Rate (“LIBOR”) to the Secured Overnight Financing Rate (“SOFR”). Other than the foregoing, the material terms of the Credit Agreement remain unchanged.
