Explanation of Responses:

1. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock.

2. Award of Restricted Stock Units made in accordance with the Digirad Corporation 2018 Incentive Plan and in lieu of a quarterly cash board retainer fee in the amount of $9,000. The number of Restricted Stock Units granted was determined using the closing sales price per share on the grant date ($2.42).

3. One hundred percent (100%) of the Restricted Stock Units are scheduled to vest on the one (1) year anniversary of November 19, 2020, subject to the reporting person continuing to be a service provider through such date.
