On November 23, 2021, UnitedHealth Group Incorporated (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it will host its annual investor conference with analysts and institutional investors in New York City on Tuesday, November 30, 2021, beginning at 8:00 a.m. EST. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
The Company will stream the presentations and management question and answer portion of the conference on its Investors page at www.unitedhealthgroup.com. A replay of the conference will be available on the Company web site.
