Item 2.03. Creation of a Direct Financial Obligation or an Obligation under an Off-Balance Sheet Arrangement of a Registrant.
On June 28, 2010, ML Macadamia Orchard, L.P. and American AgCredit, PCA executed the Second Amendment to Revolving Loan Promissory Note which extends the maturity date of the Revolving Note from June 29, 2010 to July 15, 2010. All other terms and conditions of the Revolving Note and security and collateral securing the indebtedness remain unchanged and in effect.
