Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 9-11, 2021, Centerspace (the “Company”) will participate in the Nareit REITworld 2021 Investor Conference, which will occur virtually. Management will provide a presentation to certain participants in attendance regarding certain matter impacting the Company and its operating results. A copy of that investor presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference. The presentation has been posted to the Company’s website.
