Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 28, 2008, Gilbert Rossomando resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of EnerLume Energy Management Corp. (the “Company”), effective on that date. Mr. Rossomando resigned to pursue personal business interests and there is no known disagreement between the Company and Mr. Rossomando on any matter relating to the Company's operations, policies or practices.
