We are supplementing the prospectus dated June 14, 2006 to provide information contained in our Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 19, 2007 including the following:
On July 13, 2007, Avitar, Inc. ("Avitar" or the "Company"), entered into a Consulting Agreement, dated as of May 11, 2007, to obtain services for business development and related matters. As part of the consideration due to the Consultant (Britannia Law Office) under the Agreement, the Company will issue shares of common stock of the Company in the aggregate amount equivalent to $50,000 on the day prior to registration pursuant to a Registration Statement on Form S-8.
