Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On April 30, 2021, Partners Bancorp (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
The information disclosed in or incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02, including Exhibit 99.1, is furnished and shall not be deemed filed for purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
The Company also announced that on April 28, 2021 its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.025 per share to holders of record of common stock as of June 24, 2021, payable on July 1, 2021.
