Item 8.01 Other Events.
On December 28, 2021, a tweet was disseminated by @newsfilterio, and others, on Twitter which made untruthful statements about a Form 4 filed on December 28, 2021 by Dennis O’Leary, the CEO of DarkPulse, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”). The Company has engaged legal counsel and intends to pursue any legal claims to the fullest extent of the law.
