(the “Company”) (IBTGF: OTCBB; IBH: TSXV) announces that, it has granted stock options to a consultant of the Company, in the amount of 40,000 common shares in the capital stock of the Company, at a price of US$0.38 per share, exercisable up to and including March 6, 2009.
