Item 9. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On April 6, 2004, Atlantic Coast Airlines Holdings, Inc. (ACA) (NASDAQ/NM: ACAI) issued a news release announcing ACA has received formal notification from Delta Air Lines that it will end its fee-per-departure agreement with ACA by invoking its right under the Delta Connection Agreement to terminate without cause upon 180 days notice, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
