Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 9, 2005, FLYi, Inc. (NASDAQ/NM: FLYI) issued a news release concerning its second quarter 2005 financial and operating results. A copy of that release is attached as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
