On March 27, 2023, Pathward Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that, effective March 21, 2023, Sonja A. Theisen, currently Deputy Chief Financial Officer, commenced a leave of absence for an indeterminate period in connection with a personal family matter.
As previously reported, on October 27, 2023, the Company announced that Ms. Theisen would succeed Glen W. Herrick as Chief Financial Officer (“CFO”) effective as of April 30, 2023. Ms. Theisen will no longer be succeeding Mr. Herrick as CFO. Mr. Herrick will continue as CFO after April 30, 2023. The Company will immediately commence a search for Mr. Herrick’s successor.
