BLUE CIRCLE NORTH AMERICA MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT
Lafarge announces the signature of a new management agreement between Lafarge and Lafarge North America Inc., under which the assets of Blue Circle North America will continue to be managed by Lafarge North America.
The Agreement is effective as of January 1st, 2006 subject to approval by the Lafarge Board of Directors.
Lafarge, the world leader in building materials, holds top-ranking positions in all four of its Divisions: Cement, Aggregates & Concrete, Roofing and Gypsum.
