Unity Bancorp Declares Cash Dividend
Clinton, NJ - Unity Bancorp, Inc (NASDAQ: UNTY), parent company of Unity Bank, announces that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.03 per common share. Such dividend is payable on January 31, 2004, to shareholders of record as of January 15, 2004.
“Unity’s financial performance continues to be strong and warrants a cash dividend payment to our shareholders,” said Unity Chief Executive Officer, David D. Dallas. “The Board will consider future dividends on a regular and recurring basis as earnings growth continues.”
