On March 31, 2008, Alseres Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”) announced that the report of the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm regarding the Company’s 2007 financial statements filed with its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007 contained an explanatory paragraph regarding the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
The foregoing statement is qualified in its entirety by the Company’s press release, a copy of which is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
