Item 1.02 Termination of a Material Definitive Agreement
On March 30, 2007, Toreador Exploration and Production Inc. and Toreador Acquisition Corporation, subsidiaries of Toreador Resources Corporation (“Toreador”), repaid the remaining amounts outstanding under and terminated the Credit Agreement dated December 30, 2004 with Texas Capital Bank, N.A. (the “Credit Agreement”). There were no prepayment penalties associated with terminating the Credit Agreement. Toreador was a guarantor under the Credit Agreement.
