On June 14, 2007, in recognition of his increased responsibilities, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Toreador Resources Corporation (“Toreador”) increased the annual base salary of Charles J. Campise, Vice President-Finance and Accounting and Chief Accounting Officer, from $168,000 to $200,000.
