Significant Accounting Policies Significant accounting policies are as follows: Incorporation Breccia International Minerals Inc. was incorporated under the laws of the State of Delaware on April 25, 1975 and renewed on March 18, 1994. Net Income (loss) per common share: The net income (loss) per common share is based on the number of $0.0001 par value common shares outstanding. 2. Related Party Transactions The Corporation has entered into the following transactions with related parties: The Corporation owes $110,770 for professional fees and office sharing costs to a company affiliated with directors' of the Corporation. A company affiliated with directors' of the Corporation provided the Corporation unsecured advances of $46,208. 3.
