Machine capacity is adequate although additional machine capacity is currently being added in the business to meet increasing demands for the Company's new products and for ongoing cost reduction programs. The Company anticipates no difficulty in retaining occupancy of any of its manufacturing, office or sales facilities through lease renewals prior to expiration or through month-to-month occupancy, or in replacing them with equivalent facilities. In addition to the above listed properties, the Company leases a small amount of other office/warehouse space in the United States and foreign countries. The amount of such space is not significant.
