On July 28, 2006, the Company announced that its Board of Directors
declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share, payable
on September 29, 2006 to holders of record at the close of business on
September 9, 2006. A copy of the Company's press release issued on
July 28, 2006 announcing the declaration of the dividend is filed
herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
