Item 8.01. Other Events

On July 31, 2008, the Company announced that it has
completed its name change and ticker symbol change from Citizens
Communications Company (NYSE: CZN) to Frontier Communications
Corporation (NYSE: FTR).
The Company also announced that its Board of Directors
declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share,
payable on September 30, 2008 to holders of record of its common
stock at the close of business on September 9, 2008.
A copy of the Company's press release issued on July 31,
2008 announcing the effectiveness of the name and ticker symbol
change and the declaration of the dividend is filed herewith as
Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
