Conoco Inc., DuPont's energy subsidiary, today filed an
amendment to the registration statement covering the planned
initial public offering of Conoco Inc. stock. The amendment
provides updated third quarter financial information for Conoco.
On October 21, DuPont will announce its consolidated
third quarter results, including Conoco results reported on a
discontinued operations basis.
