The Registrant has been working diligently to prepare its consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2003, and such consolidated financial statements have been substantially completed. Explanation of Anticipated Change in Results of Operations We expect the Registrant's financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2003 to decline in comparison to the financial results for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2002. The Registrant currently expects to report a net loss of approximately $13.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2003, as compared to a net loss of $5.1 million, before cumulative effect of change in accounting principle, for the year ended December 31, 2002.
