below constitute and appoint D. Craig Nordlund and Ann O. Baskins, and each of
them, as true and lawful attorneys-in-fact and agents with full power of
substitution and resubstitution, for him or her and in his or her name, place

Statement pertaining to the Hewlett-Packard Company 1995 Incentive Stock Plan,
