The authorization allows the purchase of the Company's outstanding Common Stock (MOLX) and/or Class A Common Stock (MOLXA) during the fiscal year ending June 30, 2004 up to an aggregate value of $100 million. During the year ended June 30, 2003, under a similar $100 million authorization, the Company purchased 3.4 million shares of the Company's (MOLXA) outstanding stock with a total purchase value of $75.0 million.
