within the prescribed time period.
The Registrant was unable to file its Report on Form 10-QSB for the quarter
ended September 30, 2005 within the prescribed time period without unreasonable
effort and expense due to network communication errors between the Company
and the Edgar Submission Service on November 14, 2005. The transmitted file was
accepted by the Service at approximately 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time
(approximately 30 minutes after the required submission deadline).
