On April 11, 2011, Commerce Group Corp. (the "Company") received notice
that, effective April 11, 2011, Robert C. Skeen resigned from his
position as a member of the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Skeen has
informed the Company's Board of Directors that he intends to reduce his
business commitments. Mr. Skeen has served as a member of the Company's
Board of Directors since August 20, 2008.
