Management's Analysis of Income From Operations Income from operations for the nine months ended June 30, 2004 increased $15,503 as compared to the nine month period ended June 30, 2003. Realized gross profit from sale of real estate for the nine 	 months ended June 30, 2004 was $10,062, compared to a net loss of $16,699 for the nine months ended June 30, 2003.
