Other Events - -------------------- On February 15, 2000, the Vice Chancellor of the Court of Chancery of the State of Delaware in and for New Castle County, signed a Scheduling Order For Approval of Settlement of a previously filed and amended complaint. The complaint was brought by a stockholder of the Company as (i) a proposed class action on behalf of all the Company's stockholders and (ii) derivative in the right of the Company, against the members of Cortech's former board of directors.
