Item 8. Change in Fiscal Year.
On September 22, 2003 our Board of Directors elected to change our fiscal
year. Beginning February 1, 2004, our fiscal year-end will change from
January 31 to the Saturday closest to January 31. In the future, each fiscal
year will consist of four 13-week quarters, with an extra week added to the
fourth quarter every five to six years. Our current and previous fiscal
year-ending dates will remain unchanged at January 31, 2004 and 2003.
