On November 12, 2004, Almost Family, Inc. (the "Company") issued a
press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September
30, 2004. Attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy
of such press release.

On November 11, 2004, the Company issued a press release announcing its
entry into a definitive agreement to acquire the assets and business operation
of an Orlando, Florida, Medicare- certified home health agency. Attached to this
