AXP Growth Dimensions Fund is scheduled for Wednesday, June 9, 2004. The
Fund's records indicate that as of the Record Date of April 10, 2004, you
were holding shares of AXP Growth Dimensions Fund and have not yet issued a
vote on the matter put forth. Please take the time now to cast your vote.
