ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On March 15, 2005, Select Comfort Corporation announced the appointment of
Kathryn Roedel to the position of senor vice president, global supply chain,
effective April 4, 2005. The Company also announced the retirement of Greg
Kliner, its senior vice president of operations, after an orderly transition. A
copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on
Form 8-K.
