ITEM 7.01. REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE
On April 11, 2005, Select Comfort Corporation announced that it has reached an
agreement with Bed, Bath & Beyond to discontinue the leased department program,
which currently includes nine retail stores. Select Comfort will phase out and
close these departments in the second quarter of 2005. A copy of the
announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
